Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Upper Kharadi. Kids sab set ho gaye, ab itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Thinking of a smaller 2BHK. My main concern is medical facilities nearby. Are there good hospitals ya clinics close by? Aur society ka maintenance charges kaise hain, are they reasonable? Mera existing property ka resale bhi karna hai, so I need something manageable. Daily life waha pe kaisi hai? Peaceful rehta hai kya?

Hey, Upper Kharadi is a good choice for a 2BHK, especially if you're downsizing. Medical facilities are decent, Columbia Asia is not too far, and there are smaller clinics. But maintenance charges, that's where it gets tricky sometimes. Which societies did you check out?
Sahi keh rahe ho. For medical, there's also Lifepoint Hospital a bit further, but for general stuff, local clinics are fine for routine checkups. Maintenance is definitely a pain point for many societies here. I'
