UPSIDA Site C keeps coming up every time I shortlist something in Noida. Prices seem pretty high for what's offered, honestly. Are those quoted rates justified, or is there actual negotiation room? My budget is around ₹75-80L for a 2BHK. Also, what's day-to-day life really like there? And for investment, thinking 3-5 years, what's the appreciation forecast? With Jewar airport coming up, will it genuinely benefit this specific area, or is that mostly hype for other sectors? Not sure if it's a smart first buy.

Totally agree with U1! I'm also a first-time buyer with a similar budget, and every time I look at Site C, I feel like they're asking for premium prices without the premium amenities or location. Kya yeh sirf hype hai ya sach mein itna worth hai?
Exactly! My agent showed me a 2BHK there for ₹85L! How is that budget-friendly for a first-time buyer? Totally out of my range. I'm thinking of looking at resale in some established areas instead.
Bhai, hype toh hai! Jewar airport ka direct benefit Site C ko immediate nahi milega. Woh thoda aur aage ke sectors ko impact karega pehle. Site C abhi bhi kaafi undeveloped feel hota hai, especially compared to Alpha I or Alpha II in Greater Noida. Daily commute bhi bahut hectic ho jaayega.
