Does anyone actually get full flat power backup in Rajkot projects, ya sirf common area ka promise hota hai? I'm fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ko dekh raha hoon as investment, but brochure ki baaton pe bharosa nahi. Everyone glorifies fancy clubhouses, but nobody talks about basic utility reliability. After a year, is full power backup still there, ya sirf common lights? Water supply ka kya scene hai, reliable hai ya tanker dependency? Yeh sab directly affect karta hai tenant attraction aur resale value. Investors ko bas smooth running chahiye, not just a big gym nobody uses. Change my mind.

Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670 hai, aur possession date June 2022 thi. It's been almost two years. Jo log wahan reh rahe hain, can you confirm about the actual power backup situation inside the flats? Aur water supply ka bhi batao, is it 24x7 corporation supply or borewell/tanker dependent? For ₹29-30L, these basic things should be sorted.
Totally agree! I almost booked a flat near Krishna Kunj aur unhone bhi same promise kiya tha. Later pata chala sirf lifts aur common area ke liye hai. Builder bas sales ke time sab bol dete hain.
Bhai, Ansal ka track record toh waise bhi thoda shaky hai. Full power backup? Doubtful.
