Did anyone else feel cheated by the actual carpet area in V Square Group Housing after moving in? My 2BHK feels tiny, nothing like the brochure. What's the real carpet area you guys got? Is this even legal?

Bhai, V Square ka toh yeh purana issue hai. Mera ek dost ne 2018-03-01 possession date pe book kiya tha, aur usko bhi same problem hui. Brochure mein kuch aur dikhate hain, actual flat mein carpet area kam nikalta hai. Uska 2BHK Baliawas side mein tha, RERA complaint file ki thi but kuch khaas hua nahi. Price range ₹36 L – ₹91 L mein agar yeh quality milegi toh kya faayda?
