The premium for V Square Group Housing feels a bit much, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 43, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, but not sure if the price jump is really worth it for daily life. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be significant. What's the actual ground reality like? Is it genuinely good to live in, ya phir sirf paper pe acha lagta hai? Especially interested in the society vibe; is the community friendly or sab apne mein rehte hain? Also, neighbourhood quality for schools and hospitals, like, kitna convenient hai? Should I consider this over other options at a similar price point? What does the community think about its long-term value given these daily living aspects?
