V Square Viva County: Real experience needed
Did a site visit to V Square Viva County yesterday and honestly, I'm so fed up of renting now, my landlord raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge, but I'm worried about what you actually get. Anyone living there or bought into V Square Viva County? How was the handover experience? Did they actually deliver on all the promised amenities? Also, what about construction quality after a year or so, any cracks or seepage? Are the maintenance charges worth it for the service you get? Just trying to figure out if it feels like a genuine home or just another project.

I think the ₹63 L – ₹5.0 Cr range is also quite wide. For a project with such an old possession date and '0 units', that's a big risk amount. With current market conditions, there are many ready-to-move options available, sometimes even for less, especially if you look slightly outside the main city like towards Badshahpur.
My cousin actually lives nearby, not in Viva County but in a different V Square project. He said their handover was smooth, but amenities took forever to become fully functional. The maintenance charges also kept increasing every year. This builder has a mixed reputation.
Don't blindly trust these dates, U1. Many projects, especially near Airport Road (Gurgaon side), faced huge delays after RERA came in. Always check the RERA portal for actual status. If it says 0 units and old possession, it's a major red flag. Mera paisa ek project mein phans gaya tha 5 saal ke liye.
I agree with U5. My friend booked in another project in Baharampur Naya, and it was delayed by 3 years. The builder kept giving excuses. It's a very common problem. Be very careful before putting down any money.
Absolutely, U5. I've seen so many projects where the possession date is years past but nothing moves. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us. Our budget is tight, can't afford such risks.
Bhai, I also checked out V Square Viva County a while back. The possession date listed is 2017-12-01, but I heard from a property agent that it's still not fully delivered. Did they give you any clear timeline during your site visit?
Yeah, they just said 'soon'. No concrete date. That's what made me nervous. Is it common for builders to show old possession dates but not deliver? I'm worried about my investment getting stuck.
Exactly, U2! I'm confused about this too. The website shows 'Status: null' and 'Total units: 0'. How can the possession date be so old with zero units delivered? This sounds fishy to me.
