V5 Paradise delivery timeline feels risky
Just had a discussion with the V5 Paradise sales team about an upcoming unit. Honestly, fed up of renting yaar, landlord raised rent again so finally taking the plunge. My budget is around ₹95L, so V5 Paradise looks okay. But I'm really worried about the delivery timeline for V5 Paradise. They're saying 2.5 years but builder ka track record kya hai? Not sure if they'll actually stick to it. Last time, ek friend ka project kaafi late hua tha aur uski ROI calculation bigad gayi. Agar possession delay hua toh rental yield aur capital appreciation, dono pe effect padega. Has anyone here invested with V5 Builders before? Matlab, unka actual delivery record kaisa hai? Aur delays hone se investor's ROI pe kitna impact padta hai typically? Should I be more cautious about this upcoming project?

Bhai, V5 Paradise sunke toh theek lag raha hai, but RERA Not Applicable? That's a huge red flag for an upcoming project. Usually, iska matlab hai ki they're trying to bypass some regulations or the project is too early stage. Please double check this. My cousin almost got stuck in a similar project near Akshayanagar.
