Possession was in March at Vaastu Homes, and honestly, amenities are a joke. Brochure mein pool aur gym kaafi grand dikhaya tha, but reality mein it's so basic, not what we paid premium for. Plus, they sprung unexpected charges during possession. Did anyone else face this same misleading experience or extra costs with Vaastu Homes?

Bhai, yeh toh common story hai. Mere friend ne Greater Noida West mein property li thi, unko bhi brochure mein international-level club dikhaya tha. Possession ke time pata chala it's just a small room with 2 treadmills. Aur charges toh every other month nikalte rehte hain. Construction quality bhi compromise karte hain aajkal. Abhay Khand mein bhi similar issues sunne ko mile hain, so it's not just one builder.

Wait, Vaastu Homes ka possession toh 2028 mein hai na? UPRERAPRJ802380 ke hisaab se Dec 2028. Are you sure you're talking about the same project? Hidden charges are common, but possession in March seems off for an upcoming project.
