Vaishali metro premium just doesn't make sense

Visited some projects near Vaishali and Vasundhara last Saturday. Metro Red Line extension is a big deal, right? I'm wondering if buying closer to new metro stations is smarter for future price appreciation. Or should I consider Gagan Vihar, more affordable now, but further out? My 2BHK budget is around 65L. What's the community's take on this?

Yaar, bilkul sahi keh rahe ho. Metro connectivity ka future appreciation pe bahut impact hota hai. Vaishali toh already connected hai, aur extension se aur value badhegi. Gagan Vihar theek hai abhi sasta hai, but future mein kitna appreciate hoga, thoda doubt hai. 65L mein Vaishali mein 2BHK milna mushkil hai.
