Vaishali move-in: What nobody tells you about infra impact

Just moved into my 2BHK in Vaishali a couple of months back, possession was in March. Ab EMI start ho gayi hai, so soch raha hoon ki was it a good decision considering all the infra development. Delhi-Meerut Expressway aur Metro Red Line extension ka kya real impact hua hai prices pe? Kuch log bol rahe hain ki already sab price-in ho gaya hai. Is there still scope for appreciation, especially near Hindon Airport side? Or should I have waited for more clarity on these timelines? Kya Vaishali mein connectivity ka benefit mil raha hai properly?
