Vaishali mein property prices ka kya scene hai yaar? I'm finally fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so thinking of buying a 2BHK. My budget is around 60-70L. Is it even possible to get a decent 2BHK in Vaishali in that range? Online toh sab ₹70L+ dikha rahe hain. What's the real ground reality for prices here? Koi negotiation scope hai ya builder quoted prices final hain? Honestly not sure. Also, daily commute ka kya haal hai? I work near Barakhamba Road, so metro connectivity is a big deal for me. Vaishali metro station se last-mile connectivity kaisi hai? And morning peak hours mein traffic kitna hota hai? Don't want to spend hours stuck everyday. Kya yahan rehna worth it hai for a family, considering these things? Any real residents can share their experience?
