Yaar, Vaishnavi Serene mein flat dekh raha tha, upgrade karna hai from my current 2BHK. Par sunne mein aaya hai ki maintenance charges bahut high hain. RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/180905/001990 toh sab check kiya but actual service quality uske worth it hai kya, ya bas extra costs hain jo builders dikhate hain? Bahut confused hoon.
