Vamana Riseonic: Any real insights on livability?

Vamana Riseonic ka brochure jitna dikha raha hai, kya actual mein utna hi acha hai? Planning to upgrade from my 2BHK, but ₹3.24-5.01 Cr is a huge jump. Brochures always show amazing amenities, par real carpet area aur utility kitni hoti hai? Ya phir maintenance charges mein sab dikhawa hi hota hai? Not sure if this premium is justified for daily living. Koi past experience share karega?

Yaar, I saw Vamana Riseonic too. The brochure looks fancy, no doubt. But 3.2 Cr minimum for an *upcoming* project? Mera budget toh hil gaya sunke hi. Is it really worth stretching for, especially with these long possession timelines builders usually have?
