The price range for Vamana Riseonic has me seriously questioning its investment potential. I'm looking at the ₹3.24 Cr–₹5.01 Cr range for an upcoming project and trying to figure out the actual capital appreciation forecast. Has anyone seen its price move much since launch, or is this already priced in? Also, what's the builder's delivery track record like in Chandigarh? I'm honestly nervous about under-construction risks, especially with such a big amount; my parents keep saying to go for ready-to-move, but the appreciation potential seems lower there. What about the resale market for Vamana Riseonic? Is it liquid enough, or will I struggle to find a buyer in 5-7 years? I don't want to get stuck with an illiquid asset. Any thoughts on long-term ROI here?

Bhai, you're not overthinking at all! Main bhi exactly yahi soch raha hoon Vamana Riseonic ke baare mein. Price range is definitely high, aur 2031 tak wait karna... that's a long time. My parents are also pushing for ready-to-move flats. Under-construction ka risk toh hai hi, especially with builders jo delay karte hain. Capital appreciation ka guarantee kaun dega?
