Been looking for months. Vamana Riseonic, ₹3.24 Cr+, looks interesting. I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games. What's the *actual* carpet area efficiency? Is the layout truly practical for daily living? How's the neighbourhood quality? Not sure if it’s worth it.
