Is Vamana Riseonic genuinely good to live in, or just good on paper? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, finally taking the plunge. For ₹3.24 Cr, I need a proper family home. How's the actual neighborhood vibe, are schools and markets truly convenient? Also, what are the real monthly maintenance charges like?

Bhai, itna paisa lagana hai toh builder ka track record toh sahi hona chahiye na. Kya guarantee hai ki 2031 tak possession mil jaayega? Ya phir aur 2-3 saal delay kar denge? Already rent badh-badh ke thak gaya hoon, aur isme bhi delay hua toh kahan jaayenge?

Totally agree with you! 2031 is so far away. The RERA number is PBRERA-SAS80-PR1350, which is good, but just having a RERA number doesn't mean on-time delivery. Many builders drag their feet even with RERA. I'm also looking for a home and this long wait makes me super nervous.
