Honestly, buying my first flat here feels like a full-time job. Meri wife aur main Varthur Road area mein dekh rahe hain, especially SNN Estates ke projects. Online toh sab sahi lagta hai, but site visit pe kya dekhein, kya poochein, kuch samajh nahi aa raha. Builders sab kuch achha hi batate hain. Pata chala ki super area vs carpet area ka bahut bada difference hota hai. Aur phir stamp duty, registration, interiors, yeh sab mila ke kitna extra budget rakhna padta hai? I mean, property price ke upar kitna extra jaata hai? Koi bata sakta hai ki site visits pe kya hidden red flags hote hain? Like drainage issues, water pressure, ya construction quality kaise check karein? Yaar, bahut confusion hai. Koi tips de sakta hai jo first-time buyers ko nobody tells until it's too late?

SNN Estates ke projects dekhne mein achhe lagte hain, but andar ki kahani kaun batayega? Lagta hai poora MBA karna padega property kharidne ke liye.
