Varun Enclave's amenity usage is the real test
Did a site visit to Varun Enclave last weekend. On paper, ₹1.25 Cr for a flat wahan seems okay, but I'm worried about daily life quality. Builder ne toh bahut amenities dikhayi, like gym, club house, but I've heard many are just for show. My hack is to visit societies during evening or early morning to see actual amenity usage. Also, neighborhood mein schools aur markets kitne paas hain? My parents keep saying location is key. Commute to offices in Noida Sector 62/63 will be a big factor. Is it genuinely good for living, ya sirf paper pe achha hai? Koi aur aise tips hai kya real usage check karne ke liye? Hope this helps someone else too.
