Vasant Vihar ka scene samajh nahi aa raha. Club Road Properties mein 3BHK dekha hai, quoted ₹3.2Cr. I work in real estate but for my own property, negotiation feels different. Builders ka "no-discount policy" bolte hain, but I know it's not always true. Kitna realistically knock off kar sakte hain is market mein? Also, construction-linked payment plan vs down payment, which is smarter for an investor? Occupancy ke time aur kya hidden charges aate hain?
