Vatika Emilia Floors: Premium justified after moving in?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Vatika Emilia Floors. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here but the post-possession scene is confusing. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, are they actually maintained? I'm hearing RWA is quite strict about everything, even small things. Plus, maintenance charges seem to fluctuate a lot, not what was initially quoted. Is the price jump worth it for the actual living experience, ya sirf paper pe accha lagta hai? Anyone faced similar issues after moving in?
