Main Vatika India Next mein hi rehta hoon, 3BHK hai mera. Honestly, I'm quite satisfied. Possession 2016-01-01 ko mila tha, time pe. Green areas definitely better hain than most societies, proper maintenance hoti hai. Swimming pool, gym sab functional hai. Bhai, brochure pe toh kabhi pura bharosa mat karna. Vatika ka track record mixed hai, especially jab amenities ki baat aati hai. Totally agree with U1! Mera friend Badshahpur ke paas Vatika ke ek project mein fasa tha. Brochure mein bade-bade claims the green spaces ke, but aaj wahan sirf weeds hain. Builder ne initial days mein toh sab maintain kiya, but phir residents pe hi chhod diya. Aisa upgrade kya faayda jahan baad mein pachtana pade?
