Vatika Seven Elements

Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Vatika Seven Elements is on my radar, price range ₹1.93-4.43 Cr. But yaar, is it actually good to live in daily, ya bas paper pe sahi lag raha hai? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Heard about hidden costs after possession. First property hai, toh thoda dar lag raha hai. Any residents here?

Since the kids moved out, I'm eyeing Vatika Seven Elements. Sab bolte hain amenities achhi hain, but are they practical for daily use? Or just for show? Plus, maintenance kitna hoga? Change my mind.
