Bhai, you're not alone. Vatika ki reputation toh aisi hi hai. My friend bought in Sector 83, not Vatika, but from a similar builder, and the 'extra charges' post possession made his budget go haywire. Sovereign Next is already in that ₹4.6 Cr – ₹9.2 Cr bracket, can't afford more surprises. Ye log toh bas initial price dikhate hain.
