Vatika Sovereign Next — I'm based in Dubai, looking at this project for investment. Can't do site inspections myself, so relying on community feedback. How's the construction quality holding up after a year or two? I'm worried about cracks or seepage affecting future resale value and tenant attraction. Also, what about maintenance charges? Are they justified by the actual services, or do they just keep rising because of initial poor build quality? Does anyone have experience with unexpected repair costs down the line? Really need ground truth here.
