Did a site visit to Vatika The Seven Lamps on Saturday. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there for investment. Price range seems decent, but not sure if the capital appreciation has been sahi since launch. Kya lagta hai, is the premium justified for a completed project? What's the real rental yield one can expect, especially for a 3BHK? Also, resale market kitna liquid hai for this project? Long-term investment ke liye exit strategy easy hogi kya?

Totally agree with your point about pre-launch appreciation. That's where the real gains are. Completed projects are for end-users mostly, not investors looking for big jumps. ₹1 Cr toh minimum hai, 3
