Venkatesh Skylife construction quality isn't guaranteed

₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Venkatesh Skylife seems okay, but I'm worried about construction quality long-term. Visited the site, looks decent, but what's the reality after a year or two? Heard about cracks and seepage becoming common. For an investment, this massively impacts future resale value and tenant retention. Also, about maintenance charges – are they justified by actual service quality? Or just a fixed cost with little value? Is it worth paying a premium for projects like this if quality isn't guaranteed?
