Venkatesh Skylife might be too good on paper
Venkatesh Skylife — been looking at this one a lot. I'm so fed up of renting, honestly. Landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. The project looks decent on paper, but is it genuinely good for daily living? Thinking about a 2 or 3 BHK, around ₹1.80 Cr. What's the neighborhood really like? Good schools, markets nearby? And what about the community vibe inside, is it friendly or isolating? Any real-world experiences?

I did some digging on Venkatesh Skylife. The possession date is shown as March 2029. That's quite a long wait, almost 5 years from now. For an upcoming project with 112 units, they definitely have time. But I've heard stories about Venkatesh builders in other areas like Ambegaon Budruk, where projects got delayed by more than a year post-RERA. My friend booked a flat there, and he's still waiting. So, just having a RERA number doesn't mean much if the builder has a track record of delays. What do you guys think about such long possession dates?
Exactly my concern! 2029 is too far. By then, my EMIs would start, and I'd still be paying rent. Double burden!
Totally relate with the renting frustration! Landlords are getting crazy. Venkatesh Skylife sounds good on paper, but I'm also wary. RERA number toh hai, P52100080415, but that doesn't guarantee timely delivery.
Yaar, Venkatesh Skylife ka price point ₹1.8 Cr se shuru ho raha hai for a 2BHK. My budget is also around that, but for an upcoming project, is it really worth it? Builders aajkal completion dates bahut push karte hain. I'm also tired of renting, but don't want to get stuck with delays.
