Verifying RERA and titles for Hyderabad investment from abroad?

Been looking at Hyderabad investment options for months from Dubai. Considering Salarpuria Sattva, maybe Sattva Lake Ridge. How do you guys actually verify RERA registration and spot red flags from abroad? What about title verification, especially without site visits? Need advice on checking a builder's legal track record before committing funds.

Yaar, this is exactly my dilemma! I'm in Canada, eyeing Hyderabad too, specifically Salarpuria Sattva's projects. It's so confusing to verify RERA and titles remotely. How do you even know if the RERA number on their site is legit for *that specific phase* of the project? Aur title verification toh bina lawyer ke impossible lagta hai. Koi local reliable contact hai kya jo ye sab check kar sake? Red flags kya hote hain jo abroad se spot kar sakte hain?
