Honestly, I'm finding buying for myself way harder than selling for clients. Looking at Victory Ace, completed in Greater Noida. I know the builder's past, but what's the real capital appreciation since launch? Is there still upside? And realistically, what's the actual rental yield people are seeing? Need solid numbers on the resale market, not sales pitches.
