Victory Ace residents, your honest take please?
Just moved into Victory Ace last month, and honestly, I'm feeling a bit cheated. The brochure showed this amazing club house and a proper gym, but what we got is so basic. The swimming pool isn't even fully operational, just a half-filled concrete pit. Things nobody told me during booking, yaar. And the maintenance charges? They're quite high for what we're actually getting. It's like we're paying for facilities that aren't even ready or are subpar. Is this normal for 'ready possession' projects in Greater Noida? Did anyone else who got possession in Victory Ace face similar issues with amenities or maintenance? What did you do? Should I complain to the RWA or builder directly? Feeling really frustrated about this first-hand experience.

Oh man, I totally feel you! This is exactly why I'm so scared to buy. My cousin faced similar issues in a project near Alpha II. Builders show you the moon in brochures and then deliver a mud puddle. It's a common scam these days, especially with 'ready possession' tags. Victory Ace ka toh naam bhi suna tha ki amenities kaafi delayed hain.
