Dekho bhai, Vihaan Green Heaven mein 1600 units hain. Itna bada project hai toh challenges toh aayenge hi. Maintenance ka issue har society mein hota hai, but yahan agar service quality waqai fluctuate kar rahi hai, toh future mein headache ho sakta hai. Green spaces dikhne mein kitni bhi acchi ho, agar security aur maintenance nahi hai toh kids ke liye usable nahi hain. Best hai ki kuch current residents se baat karo, agar koi mil jaye.
