Totally agree with this! We bought in a project nearby in Alpha I Greater Noida, and the 'clubhouse' is just an empty hall. Vihaan Krystal Heights ka RERA number bhi registered nahi hai, which is a huge red flag for me. How did you even book without RERA?
Bhai, amenities toh sirf brochure mein achhi lagti hain. Maintenance ka bill dekho phir, hosh ud jaate hain.
