Vihaan Krystal Heights: Real green space and parking surprises?

₹78 lakh for a 2BHK at Vihaan Krystal Heights seems okay, but I'm worried about the actual living experience. My kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore, just something manageable. I'm trying to understand the reality of green areas. Are the landscaped gardens actually usable open space, or just tiny patches between towers? Also, parking. Is it properly allocated and reserved, or is it a daily lottery system? And water supply – is it reliable, or will we depend on tankers? Want to avoid future headaches after selling our current place.
