Vihaan Vista mein resale market ka real scene kya hai? Capital appreciation already hit kar chuka hoga na? My data suggests investor ratio high hai, is it a ghost society risk for rental yield?

Haan bhai, same thought process. My agent also showed Vihaan Vista but the 'Not Required' RERA status was a big red flag for me. For a project completed in 2022-02-01, it's weird.
