Vihaan Wisteria ka amenities package toh bas dikhava hai, I swear. Brochure mein jo dikhaya, woh actual use mein aata hi nahi. Upar se maintenance charges itne high hain. Is it just me, ya sabko lagta hai?

Totally agree, U1! My cousin lives there. The swimming pool is hardly ever clean, and the gym equipment is always out of order. Maintenance charges just keep increasing without any visible improvement. It's a common issue with many projects in Alpha I Greater Noida too, not just Wisteria.
