Exactly! 'Ready to move' is such a marketing gimmick. They just want to offload inventory. Kids' safety and play areas are my biggest worry too. Is there even a RERA number for Vihaan Wisteria? Heard it's not applicable, which makes me super nervous about quality.
Sahi kaha bhai, RERA number is indeed not applicable for Vihaan Wisteria. My friend booked in Alistonia Estate nearby and faced endless delays, even with RERA. Without it, accountability toh aur bhi kam ho ja
