Is Vihaan Wisteria Phase 2 actually good for daily living, ya bas brochure mein acha lagta hai? Renting se bilkul tang aa gaya hoon, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Ab finally apna ghar lena hai Noida mein. I'm looking at Vihaan Wisteria Phase 2, it's completed and the price range of ₹30.99 L–₹47.99 L fits my budget. But I need honest opinions. Kaisa hai wahan ka neighborhood? Schools, hospitals, daily grocery shops kitni door hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, is it friendly ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Maintenance charges kya rehte hain roughly? Koi actual resident bata sakta hai post-possession experience kaisa raha?

Did a site visit to Vihaan Wisteria Phase 2 last week. Project completed hai, but I'm really looking for actual resident feedback. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spiel, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas on paper accha lagta hai? Daily convenience, yaani grocery, essentials, nearby medical... sahi hai kya? Especially amenities ka reality check chahiye. Gym, pool, clubhouse – kitne functional aur maintained hain? Log use karte bhi hain ya bas showpiece hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly community hai ya sab isolated rehte hain? Mera budget ₹40L ke aas paas hai for a 2BHK. Not sure if it's the right move. Kya kisi ko ground reality pata hai, off the record?
