₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK at Vijayanagar from Sri Aditya Taapasi Estates, LLP. Pre-launch price looked okay but now, possession ke time, they're adding huge hidden charges – PLC, parking, 'infrastructure development' fees. I'm based in Dubai, can't visit. Matlab, all-in cost is way higher. Is this normal? What did you do about these extra charges? Feeling cheated.

Exactly! Akshayanagar mein ek friend ne liya tha, usko toh lift maintenance charges bhi add kar diye the jo agreement mein nahi tha. Yeh sab chalta rehta hai, unka toh business model hi hai extra charges pe.
