Vikas Nagar: The real price tag after moving in

Okay, so I just moved into Vikas Nagar a couple months back, thought I got a good deal on a 3BHK for ₹75L. But honestly, I'm starting to wonder if the property prices here are really justified. Plus, nobody told me about the hidden costs for water tank cleaning and the RWA charges are higher than expected. Is this normal for Ghaziabad? What's your experience?
