Vikram Enclave's daily life is a real concern
₹80 lakh for a 3BHK in Vikram Enclave feels steep, honestly, after 2 months of searching. I'm almost done with paperwork for a flat near the Metro route, but I'm having serious second thoughts about daily life there. Is the water supply situation actually stable, or will I be relying on tankers often? Heard mixed things, especially about older societies. And what's the real ground reality for traffic during peak hours, say towards Delhi-Meerut Expressway? It looked manageable during my afternoon visits, but mornings... that's a different story, I bet. Also, for investment, what's the resale market like after 3-5 years? People say Ghaziabad prices are going up steadily, but I'm not sure if Vikram Enclave will see that much appreciation compared to, say, Vaishali. Should I expect good rental demand for a 3BHK there, or is it mostly end-users?
