Vikram Viksons Projects, Ghaziabad, mein amenities kaafi disappointing hain. Brochure mein sab achha tha, par gym equipment aksar kharab. Maintenance bhi high hai. Is this normal for completed projects?

Oh god, I was just looking at this project! The ₹29L price seemed attractive for Ghaziabad. But if maintenance is an issue and amenities are a letdown, then it's a no-go for me. Is this project near any major landmark in Ghaziabad?
Exactly my concern! I visited a project in Abhay Khand last month, and the pool was green. Builders only care till sales happen. ₹29L is okay for a 2017 project, but not if everything is broken or poorly maintained. Kya karein yaar, first-time buyers hain, sab se dar lagta
Yes U2, it's quite close to the Hindon Elevated Road, so connectivity is decent. That ₹29L is for a project completed in 2017, so it's not exactly new. Don't expect much from amenities at this price point.

Agreed, amenities are always the first to suffer. But high maintenance for poor facilities is a massive red flag. What was the exact price you paid for this project?
Haan bhai, same experience. Brochure mein sab dikhawa hota hai, real life mein kuch aur hi milta hai. Builder ka track record bhi check karna chahiye tha pehle.
