Balewadi, Pune
Did a site visit to Rohan Leher 2 and Vilas Palladio Balewadi Central last Saturday. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Hinjewadi, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Already have a home loan, so the EMI jump needs to be worth it. Rohan Leher is completed, which is great for peace of mind, but how's the actual society RWA and maintenance in reality? Is it well-run? Vilas Palladio is ongoing, and the site visit looked decent, but what's the real under-construction quality like? Is the risk of delays worth it for a potentially newer build? Also, for daily commute to IT hubs, which one offers better metro connectivity or easy access? Balewadi seems good on paper, but I need real-world experiences. Is the premium for ready possession truly justified here, or should I gamble on the ongoing project?
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Fed up of renting, honestly. Okay I'll say what no one says: Vilas Palladio in Balewadi is an overpriced gamble for an ongoing project. Adimaya Gravitas at 1.1 Cr seems much saner. Are we paying 1.7 Cr+ just for potential under-construction delays and a brand? Change my mind.
Since last year I'm tracking Pune projects. Vilas Palladio Balewadi Central Phase 1 dekh raha hu. Investor perspective se, iska capital appreciation forecast kya hai? Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai?
My lease ends in 3 months and I'm finally done with renting. Looking at Vilas Palladio Balewadi Central Phase 1. Brochure mein toh sab acha lag raha hai, but real feedback chahiye. Daily life mein genuinely kaisa hai? Amenities like the clubhouse and gym, are they actually useful or just for show? Plus, Balewadi Central ka neighbourhood vibe kaisa hai? Schools aur shops kitne paas hain? Want to know if it's really a good home ya sirf good on paper. What do current residents or anyone who visited think?
