Honestly not sure if I'm making the right move here, but I'm so fed up of renting. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge into investing. Viman Avenue looks promising, but it's upcoming. Investors, aap log kya sochte ho? Mera EMI vs rent math abhi tak clear nahi hai. Builder ka past projects ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Is it risky for capital appreciation if there are delays? Not sure if the ₹1.37 Cr to ₹2.17 Cr range justified hai given the potential under-construction risks.
