Viman Nagar flat: Is this post-purchase regret normal?
Not proud of this but I almost wish I'd waited a bit longer before buying in Viman Nagar. Moved into my 2BHK near Phoenix Market City just two months ago, possession was in April. Paid around ₹95L for a 1000 sqft super area, thought it was a decent deal then. But man, the hidden costs for society setup and amenities are no joke. And the traffic around here, especially towards airport road, is something else. Nobody really tells you how much that eats into your daily life. I'm now wondering if that price was actually justified, seeing the day-to-day issues. Some friends who waited are finding slightly better deals now, or at least that's what it feels like. Has anyone else felt this post-purchase regret or discovered unexpected issues after moving into Viman Nagar?

Totally get what you're saying! We bought a 1BHK in Viman Nagar a year ago and the society maintenance is just insane. Plus, the developer kept adding charges for 'premium amenities' post-possession. It feels like a bait-and-switch sometimes. The traffic near Phoenix is a nightmare, especially during peak hours. You're not alone in feeling this way.
Exactly! What kind of 'premium amenities' did they add? I'm worried about this in my new flat
