Is Viman Nagar still worth buying into for investment, or have prices already peaked there? I'm honestly fed up of renting, landlord just hiked my rent again to 38k for a 2BHK, it's insane. Finally taking the plunge, want to build equity. Been eyeing Viman Nagar for its connectivity and amenities. I saw some 2BHKs in Kolte-Patil projects around ₹95L-1.1Cr, but not sure if that's a good entry point now. Is the appreciation potential still strong, or should I look at emerging areas instead? What's the ground reality for ROI here, especially in the next 5 years?
