Viman Nagar mein 2BHK ka best deal kahan milega?

Viman Nagar mein ₹80L-1.5Cr budget mein 2BHK ke liye best options kya hain? I'm looking at a couple of projects, one near Phoenix Marketcity and another slightly further in Dhanori. Already have a 2BHK, so this is more for investment ya maybe parents. Not sure if the Viman Nagar premium is worth it, ya Dhanori mein better deal milegi with more space, you know? What's the real ground reality for possession and builder track record around here? Any specific projects ya builders community mein ache reputation wale hain? Kya ROI expect kar sakte hain if I go for this range? Which one would you pick given the budget?
