Viman Nagar mein 2BHK options dekh raha hoon, but confused hoon ki 3BHK worth it hai ya nahi. Currently ek 2BHK mein hoon, so upgrade ka soch raha tha. 80L-1.5Cr range mein, konse projects mein real value mil rahi hai? Yaar, 3BHK ka price jump bahut zyada lag raha hai. Kya koi specific project review kar sakte ho?

Viman Nagar ke projects mein reviews bahut mixed mil rahe hain. Ek project Tingre Agarwal Developer ka dekha tha, but unka toh koi track record hi nahi hai, zero projects! Bahut risky lag raha hai. Koi aur builder hai jo trustable ho?

3BHK ka craze thoda over-hyped lag raha hai. Maintenance aur property tax alag se.
Viman Nagar mein 3BHK is a big stretch for 1.5 Cr, unless it's a very old building. New projects mein toh mushkil hai. Have you checked out properties around Amanora Park Town? Thoda aage hai but value for money mil jaati hai wahan. 2BHK wahan ka 80-90L mein achha mil jaayega, maybe even a compact 3BHK around 1.2 Cr. Connectivity bhi improve ho rahi hai. Kya aapne wahan kuch dekha hai?
U7, Amanora se Mundhwa road ka connectivity bahut smooth ho gaya hai. Plus, future infrastructure plans hain. U2, you are right, value wahan achhi mil sakti hai if you compromise a bit on distance.
Haan, Amanora mein options hain, but travel time office se bahut zyada ho jaata hai. Plus, Viman Nagar mein schools aur social infrastructure already established hai. Kya Amanora ki connectivity sach mein itni improve ho rahi hai ki daily commute easy ho jaaye?
Amanora is a good option, but Viman Nagar ki convenience alag hai.
Totally understand your dilemma, bhai! Viman Nagar mein prices toh sky-high hain. 2BHK se 3BHK jump ka budget manage karna mushkil hai. Main bhi similar situation mein hoon, 1.2 Cr tak ka budget hai, par kuch solid mil nahi raha.
