Is Vipul Orchid Square's resale market actually liquid, ya bas paper pe hi dikhta hai? Builder ka track record delivery mein theek tha, but ab jab bechne ki baat aati hai, it feels like koi interest hi nahi le raha. Everyone talks about appreciation, but exit strategy ka kya? Lagta hai yahan pe investors phans gaye hain. Change my mind, please. Kya koi bech paaya hai recently?
