Vipul Orchid Square: Kids play area really usable?

Been looking for 8 months now. Vipul Orchid Square ka kids play area kaisa hai? My wife is worried about safety. Kids wahan khelte hain ya bas naam ka hai? School admission ke liye important.

U2, you're right. 2007 means so many potential issues. Also, the price range is insane for such an old build.

Vipul Orchid Square? Bhai, that project is from 2007! Itna purana project and you're thinking about a kids' play area? Maintenance ka kya haal hoga, yeh dekho pehle. Us price range mein toh naye options mil jayenge.
