Vipul Orchid Square mein amenities aur quality ka kya haal hai after a few years? I'm in a 2BHK now, thinking of a 3BHK upgrade. Brochures always show amazing kids' play areas and fast lifts. But actual mein, kitni usable hain? Lifts ki maintenance kitni quick hai? Is the premium justified for these amenities, ya sirf show-off hai?
